Anna Holder
Anna is the founder of Centered Birth, a Certified Childbirth Educator (CCE),Certified Lactation Counselor(CLC) and Certified Natural Family Planning Counselor(CNFPC). After the birth(at 43 weeks) of her daughter at Northern Dutchess Birth Center, Anna was inspired to create a space where women could gain the education and support to have a positive pregnancy and birth experience. Anna obtained a dual degree in Psychology and Child and Family Studies (with honors) from Syracuse University and continues to study maternal and infant health. She currently resides in Poughkeepsie with her daughter where she enjoys cooking, playing the piano and performing various ceremonies as an Ordained Minister.

Jenn Sullivan
Jenn Sullivan is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and owner of Waddle n Swaddle. After receiving a degree in biology from Lehigh University, Jenn continued her studies at the University of Arizona with a focus on Animal Science and Nutrition. When her daughter Sophie was born in 2004 Jenn's passion for breastfeeding began. She became a CLC in 2007 at the same time opening Waddle n Swaddle. Jenn felt it was critical to offer a community based store that had resources and products that would support women who wanted to nurse their children. Jenn is very excited to partner with Centered Birth and feels it is important to offer a variety of classes and workshops to families so that they can find offerings that suit their individual needs and lifestyles.

Stacy Bingham
As the mother of two children, Stacy has been a working, breastfeeding mom for five years. She is a career counselor by trade, and is passionate about helping other women achieve the delicate balance between working and breastfeeding. She obtained her masters degree in counseling from the University of Delaware. Stacy currently resides in Poughkeepsie with her husband, son and daughter.

Sarah Daubman
As a registered Dietician, Sarah is a leading expert in the areas of nutrition, food and health. A graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, she completed her dietetic internship at Westchester Medical Center. Her career has included clinical positions at both an acute care hospital and long term care center, past contributions to the Poughkeepsie Journal's Healthy Living column and blog and an adjunct faculty position at Mount Saint Mary College. Sarah brings not only clinical and technical nutrition information, but hands on experience as the mother of a one year old son.

Mavis Gewant
Mavis is a pre and perinatal educator & doula certified through ALACE. She has been teaching and supporting families prenatally, during birth and postpartum for 16 years. She is the co-owner of Gentle Care Doula Service, providing labor support, postpartum care, lactation support and counseling in Ulster, Dutchess and Orange Counties.

Marnie McKnight-Favell
As the owner of Dragonfly Holistic, Marnie offers both in-person and remote location consultations and energy healing work, yoga instruction for babies and adults, with a special interest in prenatal yoga. She also offers customized meditation;certification training of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and celebration design including pregnancy blessingways, baby blessings, and other sacred events. Marnie is an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, a certified IET Master-Instructor, and a legally ordained interfaith minister in New York State. Marnie lives in Poughkeepsie with her husband and daughter, who was born in 2007 out on the patio at home on a gorgeous full moon night. She loves to bake, garden, go for bike rides, and find ways to bring yoga practice into every nook of life.

Erica Chase-Salerno
As the founder of Wyld Acres, Erica practices hands-on healing and distance energy work, as well as intuitive prenatal communication. Erica is certified and trained in Reiki and One Light Healing Touch. Erica also co-moderates the �Hudson Valley Parents� website with her husband Michael. Their son's birth was a midwife and doula-assisted waterbirth at Northern Dutchess Hospital, and their daughter's arrival was a planned, unassisted homebirth. Erica resides in New Paltz where she also enjoys yoga, Pilates and playing the viola.

Amanda Winters
Amanda Winters is a mother to two boys (ages 2 and 4), as well as a labor and delivery nurse at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Amanda blends her experience of attending hundreds of births with trusting in the birth process and the intuitiveness of a pregnant mom to create a class that is a wonderful complement to pregnancy and birthing.

Kristen Schilling Wilson
Kristen Schilling Wilson has been a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist since 1995. She has worked with children and their families as an Occupational Therapist in Early Intervention and Pre-School since 1996. Kristen expanded the scope of her practice in 2009 by becoming a Certified Educator of Infant Massage through Infant Massage USA in an effort to help parents and caregivers learn interactive communication with their babies through loving touch.
Kristen was married in October of 2008, to her husband Chris they reside in Ulster County with their 2 cats. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their extended family and friends. Kristen also enjoys crafting, cross stitching, going to the beach, spending time outdoors, and kayaking.

Johanna Herget
Johanna is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. She received a Masters of Science from the Graduate Program of Oriental Medicine at Touro College and is nationally board certified to provide Chinese Herbs. Johanna has completed additional studies in acupuncture and herbs for fertility, pregnancy, labor and delivery, and pediatrics. As part of her training she has completed rounds in the Labor and Delivery unit at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. Since founding a private practice in NYC in 2005, she has served as faculty at Touro College, Tri-State College of Acupuncture, and Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. Her passion for herbs and teaching led her to develop the herbal program at Eastern School of Traditional Medicine. Following the birth of her son in the fall of 2008, she moved to New Paltz where she enjoys the beautiful surroundings and fresh air with her family.

Jill DiGiovanni
Jill DiGiovanni is a certified Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer and a Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist. Since 2007, Jill has been in the fitness field focused mainly on working with women � all ages, all fitness levels � and has always had a passion for pre/post natal health & fitness. After experiencing a beautiful and active pregnancy and finally the birth of her daughter Isabella in December 2009, this passion has taken on new meaning!
Jill holds a BS in Marketing from University of Illinois and the following fitness certifications: AAPT Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, and Core Pilates NYC-500 hr Comprehensive Classical Pilates Teacher Certification. Jill enjoys traveling, cooking and eating gourmet, and loves to be active! She grew up playing golf, loves to run and has competed in a number of half marathons & 5Ks in several states, and enjoys the strength and flexibility she gains from practicing Pilates. She currently resides in Hopewell Junction with her husband and daughter.
